Return & Refund Policy

At Institut Esthena, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Due to safety and hygiene standards, opened or used dietary supplements cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We may request photos of the item before approving a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
